My 10th Pluralsight course has been released: HTML, CSS and JavaScript: The Big Picture.

I have been waiting to create this course as it is a course that explains these concepts to people that do not have to be software developers.

The course explains that HTML, CSS and JavaScript are three of the most important technologies that make the web work as we know it today. They really are as every web page that you visit (including this one, wherever you are reading this) consists out of HTML (to display content), CSS (to style the content) and JavaScript (to make it interactive).
Ingredients-for-the-web

This course is for everybody that wants to know what HTML, CSS and JavaScript are and how they work together to create the web. It is especially created for people that have no experience in software development. To me this fills a need for beginner content as most developers are reletively new and need a place to start.

So when should you take this course?

  • If you are not a software developer but are interested in what HTML, CSS and JavaScript are, this course is for you!
  • If you are new to programming and programming for the web in particular, this course is for you!
  • If you have been programming for a while, but want to solidify your foundation of what HTML, CSS and JavaScript are and how they work together, this course is for you!

Go check it out and let me know what you think!
